What our clients are saying

Thank you.

moving and taught me about the importance of balance and how to improve that. I now have useful practical tips and ideas to continue improving my movement and balance going forward. You were encouraging and professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend you to others.

We’re so grateful.

I would recommend her without a moments hesitation. Janet Gange

I was recommended post surgery physio treatment and fortunately contacted The Well Balanced Centre.
Now 6 months on, I cannot stress enough the importance of having Lizzi from Well Balanced Centre in weekly attendance.
With her support and encouragement the goal became much clearer both pyhisically and mentally. Daily exercises were both enjoyable, rewarding and confident restoring. I will certainly continue with Lizzi's services until I feel fully recovered. In addition Lizzi has been most helpful in chasing follow up appointments. Meanwhile I am back dog walking, cycling, travelling abroad and boat servicing in preparation for next year !

Lizzi is an excellent physio and really good at communicating clearly and effectively with elderly patients with hearing and cognitive difficulties. I would highly recommend her.

We thoroughly recommend Lizzi as an empathetic, skilful physiotherapist and would have no hesitation in calling on her services again.

After a 7 week stay in hospital, my Mum who has advanced dementia, sadly lost the ability to walk. Upon discharge we had to move her into a Nursing home but were determined to do everything we could to rehabilitate her and give her back quality of life. Lizzi came to us highly recommended and right from day 1 she made such a positive impact. She engaged Mum with sensitivity, patience and kindness and also showed a demonstrable understanding of dementia and quickly built a rapport with not only Mum but us as a family - involving us in her treatment sessions. For a couple of sessions she also brought her colleague, Jason, to support in some stand-aid activities and every step of the way, consulted us and discussed options and the practical realities and constraints of a patient with dementia. A true professional, it was a pleasure to work with Lizzi and we are very grateful for the support she gave us.
Gill.
