The Well Balanced Centre is a specialist physiotherapy practice based at 49 Edward Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 4QJ, providing home-visit physiotherapy for older adults across Sussex.

2. Bookings and appointments

Appointments may be booked by phone, email or through our online booking system. A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is reserved. Please ensure the contact details you provide are accurate.

3. Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are payable at the time of each appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer or card.

5. Clinical care

All physiotherapy is delivered by qualified, HCPC-registered practitioners. We will discuss your treatment plan with you and obtain your informed consent before commencing treatment. You may decline or stop treatment at any time.

6. Limitations of advice

Information provided on this website, on social media or in any of our written materials is general in nature and is not a substitute for personalised clinical advice. Always consult your physiotherapist or GP regarding any specific health concerns.
